Sehr geehrter Herr Mangott,
es scheint auf der Hand zu liegen, dass die EU die 90 Milliarden nicht zurückbekommt. Wenn die EU schon jetzt nicht die ca. 200 Milliarden der Russen angegriffen hat, könnte es doch sein, dass sie das später mal macht. Und dann würde es sich wieder ausgleichen. Oder liege ich hier in meiner Einschätzung und Meinung falsch?

Guten Tag! Auf absehbare Zeit sehe ich nicht, wie sich innerhalb der EU ein Konsens oder eine qualifizierte Mehrheit für eine Nutzung des russischen Vermögens geben wird.
