Für Kudrin könnte sich ein come-back als Ministerpräsident ausgehen, wenn Putin doch nicht so einverstanden mit dem Wahlergebnis ist und er den “Misserfolg” Medwedew als dem Spitzenkandidaten seiner Partei umhängt, um selbst ohne Makel (für die Präsidentschaftswahl am 4.März 2012) dazustehen …
Als “guter Freund” wird Medwedew selbstredend die Verantwortung voll übernehmen und von sich aus vom Amt des Ministerpräsidenten Abstand nehmen …

Danke nochmals! Während für die Stadt Moskau die Werte extra ausgewiesen werden (innerhalb der Region), ist das leider bei St. Petersburg nicht der Fall. Dort soll aber ER noch schlechter abgeschnitten haben (obwohl Putin in bester lokaler Erinnerung!) als in der Hauptstadt. Vielleicht haben Sie die speziellen Petersburger Werte zur Verfügung und können dazu diese auch interpretieren?
